@SamsungUK That’s great but you’re missing the point. Your product is faulty my parents haven’t broke the tv . So why should they lose the option of watching a tv down to your faulty item for 11 days. They’re elderly so can’t get out much. You’re penalising them for your faulty product
@SamsungUK can you please explain to me why you can’t help a little more. My parents brought a tv of yours 3 months ago. Unfortunately a black line has appeared on it. After weeks of emails someone finally came out to have a look at it. Apparently it’s got to go away to be fixed
Fine I understand that but why can’t you give them a temporary tv as opposed to taking a tv away from them for 11 days. They spent £1500 on a tv because my dad has been diagnosed with cancer. He loves watching the football so he treated himself. You’re now taking that away.

I just want it sorted now. Either leave or stay it’s the waiting that kills you. I want him to stay but I also don’t want us selling him last minute with no replacement having a few weeks to settle in
