@EE I thought I would try online again as a manager said he would change my commitment by a week so I could pre order without the upgrade fee. Now it’s still trying to charge me the upgrade fee and is only giving me the option to setup a flex plan.

@EE I have already been in the phone a couple of times. The first call with your hull (clear answer) call centre was fobbed off. The second guy I spoke to was more helpful but said that I can’t have leavers discount so will have to pay full price.
