After purchasing a ring for my wife and her annual membership she still couldn’t use the ring for 3 months as their customer service company help her set up the ring as I bought it for her. She had to purchase the membership again in her own name just to be able to access the ring. Still after 6 months of asking we haven’t been reimbursed or find anyone who can help. Be careful what you purchase as the company don’t seem to want to help with any issues you have.

Still trying to get help so really disappointed with the customer care!!

Wouldn’t it be nice if the shiny glossy websites and tech were matched with someone who can actually really help its customers when they need them most.. 🙄

Blinklist is one of the best ideas for our fast paced lives we all have. Such a great way to see if the book is indeed what we want to read in full. Had the membership for a year and truly loved it. Cant quite afford a second year subscription as monies tight but I’ll be trying to save up for another go when I can.
