@TheSphereHunter Well for what it's worth I always wait for your reviews for anything survival horror! Your content is excellent and you are a pillar of this genre's community. I'll be sure to share your review to everyone I know who's been on the fence about the Re4make once it's public again.
Two character shots of Monty, using a temporary body and facial rig. He's not ready for animation yet, but we're slowly getting there! #screenshotsaturday#ue5#madewithunreal
Monty, one of the characters I'm working on for @LightyearsGame ! He'll be your furry little companion on your harrowing space adventure through a cold and hostile alien planet! Grooms were made in #Xgen and #ornatrix - Rendered in #unreal#UE4. #gameart#characterart
@cgccards I just got a beautiful CGC graded Umbreon Vmax for my collection and was admiring the amazing card art. I wanted to see if I could replicate the surface texture and specularity in 3D as a warmup exercise and for a half-day's work, I'm happy with the results!
Since the request keeps coming up, here are a couple of UE5 shots with Lumen of the plateau area, as well as some of the reworked forest areas. We haven't fully switched to UE5 yet, but are planning to do so once it's production ready! #UE5#screenshotsaturday
@NeedleFork This is stunningly beautiful! Thank you for creating such a wonderful tribute to one of my favorite video game characters. I seriously cherish this artwork! I love that you posted breakdowns as well as insight into your motivation behind this piece.
Meet Sam J. Maxwell, the main protagonist of Lightyears from Home! We also want to use this opportunity to welcome our character artist @WallStaringCat, who did Sam's concept art and brought him into Unreal. He's currently working on his armor, which we'll show at a later date!
Lightyears from Home finally has a Steam page! There isn't a whole lot on there yet, but we'll make sure to keep updating it throughout the course of development! https://t.co/eLF0GuDmQH
@makkon_art@JamesBearArt I'll be kicking myself over the expensive resin, but I hoping the Form will give me good results with minimal fuss. I want to spend as little time with the printer and more on sculpting so I hope I didn't make a poor choice. Pretty nervous/excited to test it when assembled haha!
Anyone have any experience with FormLabs or other printers? Been wanting to get into resin printing of some of my models, but the $4K+ price tag is intimidating. The reviews I've seen make it look awesome as I'm looking for a printer that's fully automated with low failure rate
@makkon_art@JamesBearArt I had already purchased a form 3 by the time I saw your reply haha. I feel like I did do a good amount of research beforehand though and I feel like the form3 meets all my criteria, namely ease of use/modularity, automation, familiar software, and minimal resin handling.
