@ThreeCare Three customer for 15 years. Can't access myThree. Went to re-egister and got part way through before Three registration system decided to hang. Now it tells me my account is registered but that there are no services registered to my account. Can this be fixed?
@SkyHelpIreland I'm getting "Sorry but we are having technical difficulties" message when trying to pause sky sports online at MySky. I have tried a few times now. Can you please advise?
@eircare I'm also told that to escalate to a supervisor or manager I must call back on Monday, that the live chat team have no capability to escalate to a supervisor or manager and in any event a supervisor or manager wouldn't be able to make an outbound call to me *
@eircare *Christmas. I understand things can go wrong but I would have thought when eir cause the issue that a more expedient outcome could be expected. in addition I'm told a supervisor or manager won't be available to consider an escalation until Monday.
