I’m currently dealing with a heavy flare-up. My face is constantly spasming, and the pain in my head is intense. Living with a vaccine injury means your body doesn't care about calendar dates or important milestones. It’s an unrelenting daily battle, even when preparing for major national platforms.
Despite the physical wallop today, my determination hasn't shifted. Stories like mine,and so many others across Canada need to be documented publicly and honestly. We need accountability, recognition, and proper care.

When my son took his life, he took part of my soul with him. It changed my life forever. I felt guilt, rage, depression, my best friend stopped talking to me.
When a loved one takes their life, their pain gets transferred to everyone that loved them and it stays till their natural death, it’s like a virus. Sometimes that pain is still so immense, loved ones take their lives!

Personally, I took a twelve week class that helped me more then any class I’d ever taken, it was given by NAMi, free. There are offices in many cities and they offer them online. Please, get out of your room, walk around your block and get fresh air, start a new chapter in your life, take a NAMi class.
