@Instacart should be ashamed of themselves. I placed an order for needed groceries that was delivered to the wrong address and I’m being told I need to wait 24 hours to receive my $$$ back. So I guess I’m just not supposed to eat for the next 24 hours?!
@InstacartHelp After a useless chat session, I’ve now been on hold via phone for 25 minutes. Not a good look for @Instacart essentially telling a customer that they potentially will have to go without food for 24 hours due to a mistake made by the company.
