Yesterday, I was deeply honoured to receive the NOG Women in Leadership Award.
While my name appears on the award, this recognition is truly a reflection of the incredible team I have the privilege of working with every day at @EnergyReformsNG
Leadership is never a solo journey, it is built on trust, collaboration, shared vision, and the commitment of people who consistently give their best.
I also extend my sincere appreciation to the organizers of the NOG Conference and Exhibition for this honour. I am both humbled and encouraged by this recognition, and it strengthens my resolve to continue serving with excellence and contributing meaningfully wherever I am called.

"It's Easier to Stop Governors Abusing State Police Than to Police Nigeria from Abuja" โ Former Israeli PM Ehud Barak
Former Prime Minister of Israel, Ehud Barak, has weighed in on Nigeria's state police debate, arguing that the risk of governors abusing state police is a manageable challenge compared to the impossibility of policing a country as vast as Nigeria from a central command in Abuja.
"The concern that a governor might use state police for political ambition is real. But it's much easier to address that through detailed legislation than to try to police a country as vast as Nigeria from one central place," Barak said.
As part of our ongoing strategic engagements to drive the implementation of the NIMC Act 2026, I paid a working visit to the Honourable Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa.
Our discussions focused on strengthening collaboration between NIMC and the Federal Ministry of Education to leverage secure digital identity in advancing education service delivery, improving access to government programmes, enhancing data integrity, and supporting evidence-based planning across the education sector.
I appreciate the Honourable Minister for his warm reception and shared commitment to harnessing trusted digital identity as a catalyst for innovation, inclusion, and national development.
Together, we are building a stronger digital identity ecosystem that supports quality education and empowers every Nigerian.

Earlier tday, I had the honour of inaugurating the National Executive Committee of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Door-to-Door Movement, a strategic grassroots mobilisation platform dedicated to deepening public engagement with the Renewed Hope Agenda and galvanising nationwide support for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 general elections.
I commend the founder of this laudable initiative, High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo (Tompolo), for his patriotic vision and unwavering commitment to strengthening grassroots participation in our democratic process. This movement reflects the growing resolve of Nigerians to consolidate the gains of the current administration through active citizen engagement.
I charged the newly inaugurated National Executive Committee to become passionate ambassadors of the Renewed Hope Agenda by taking its message to every household, ward, community and constituency across the country. Their mission is to effectively communicate the tangible achievements of the Tinubu administration, particularly in infrastructure renewal, economic transformation, security, social investment and other people-centred reforms that are laying the foundation for a stronger and more prosperous Nigeria.
The journey to 2027 begins with meaningful engagement at the grassroots. Through sustained mobilisation, strategic communication and unwavering dedication, this movement has the potential to inspire greater public confidence, strengthen national unity and reinforce our collective commitment to building a nation where every Nigerian has a stake in the Renewed Hope vision.
Earlier today at Odeomu, Ayedaade Local Government, Osun State, hundreds of Governor Ademola Adeleke's supporters decamped to our great party, the @OfficialAPCNg and aligned with Asiwaju Bola Oyebamiji (@OyebamijiBola). AMBO is coming ๐.

BREAKING: Nigeria's stock market is now the best-performing in the world in 2026. This means people who invested in Nigerian company shares have made more profit than investors in almost every other country.
Thank you BAT for the reforms.
Congratulations to all stock holders!
"There are expert 419 people around the country, they can dupe you if you're not careful. For example a fraudster has used my son's name to dupe someone of about $2m. He pretended to be talking to my son on phone while his victim was listening and he took $2m from him to get him some land. It was from the Villa they called me to tell me about the fraud. We got the fraudster arrested. And when people were coming to me telling me 'Hon minister, let's forget this matter because of your name'. I said which name?. We will and must get to the bottom of this nonsense. And that's what we did. People who want to embarass the government will target Chief of Staff, Finance Minister and SGF just to embarrass the government. Fortunately, ICPC have started investigating those who put the fake agency in the budget, and all documents involved. That is the way to go....."

Ogun State is the fastest growing economy in this country by any standard. We are the industrial capital of this country by any measure, and yet, if you look at what we receive in terms of FAAC, we are probably in the bottom three. This issue have to be addressed.
- Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun
"As a nation, do we have a database? Because, for security forces to work, for the police to work, we need to have a database. If you go abroad and you commit an offence, it's easier for you to be identified. They get your face, fingerprints, signature, or your picture because they know everything about you. Do we have that? What is delaying us from putting that in place?" โ Christopher Musa, minister of defence
The Senate today passed for second reading a bill seeking stiffer penalties for offenders involved in counterfeit medicines and unsafe food products, including a proposed 15-year jail term for medicine hawkers.
Fake drug manufacturers and sellers watch out...
We want a death sentence for them though
Whether you are supporting Tinubu or not, help your neighbor abeg to share positive news to lift families from poverty by saying:
2: Help, help, help, help oooooo
-(a): Just buy your UTME form.
-(b): NO MORE NIGHT VIGIL AGAIN TO PAY SCHOOL FEES. NO DEMON AGAIN for SCHOOL FEES.
-(c): FG not Tinubu has created opportunities to make university education more affordable through initiatives such as the @NELFUND which provides eligible students with access to interest-free student loans.
-(d): Education should never be out of reach for any determined Nigerian.
"Within the Kwankwasiyya family, not everyone is happy that Kwankwaso decided to play second fiddle to Peter Obi because they know he will not become the president. The same Kwankwaso had said in the past, that he was Peter Obi senior and that it will amount to diminishing himself and risking the loss of the support of his supporters to go and play second fiddle to him." โ Babajide Kolade-Otitoju

While some are busy talking, others are busy building Nigeria. History does not remember excuses. It remembers projects delivered. ๐ง๐ณ๐ฌ
Work continues on the Calabar, Ebonyi, Benue, Abuja Trans Saharan Superhighway (Afikpo Section) as the Renewed Hope infrastructure revolution advances across the country.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Honourable Minister of Works, Engr Dave Umahi @DaveUmahi , remain committed to the completion of this strategic national project.
Building on their records of delivering infrastructure as former governors and senators, they are bringing that same commitment, vision and execution to this national assignment.

The Security Trust fund set up by the Northern States is long overdue.Proceeds from the fund should be used for two purposes;Purchase of Drones, arms and ammunition for the elimination and annihilation of bandits and terrorists in the North and welfare packages for those who are going to sacrifice their lives to fight them.Nothing more!
