Happiness is NOT a luxury β everyone needs it! We're encouraging everyone to focus on small steps to try to boost happiness - for ourselves and others around us - to spread kindness and hopefully inspire others to do the same. π

Live-in care provides a ready-made solution, enabling the most vulnerable to be cared for within the comfort of their own home. An alternative to residential care that can help reduce the risk of spreading #Covid19 further. & free up hospital beds to reduce the burden on the NHS.
A long shot BUT my sister Tali has cerebral palsy and her greatest joy is cycling around on her big red trike, singing at the top of her voice. Today the bike was stolen from her flat in Golders Green (NW London) and she is devastated! Pls pls spread the word and keep an eye out!
UKHCA, along with eight other organisations are calling on the Govt to address their new immigration system, including:

Paula our visiting carer who won the cup cake competition. Sharing her prize afternoon tea from @Peterleyfarm with her client in Wendover. Great satisfaction comes from sharing with others πππ #HomeCare#AfternoonTeaTime
@GeraintThomas86 fantastic job raising awareness and encouraging people to live well with #dementia@alzheimerssoc a great ambassador for care (and cycling!)
'I always say that I've got this dementia monster, and he sits on the settee and he's in control, but when I go cycling, I'm in control.'
Huge thanks to @GeraintThomas86 for taking the time to speak to fellow cyclist Peter, who is living with early-onset Alzheimer's disease.
This is our lovely carer Ana who has spent the last 5 months in self isolation lock-down with her client in Wendover. Today Ana is flying home (Portugal) for a well-deserved break before she returns to her client. Thank you Anna for keeping our client safe and well.π#Liveincare
