Dear Immigration Services,I noticed you deleted the previous similiar tweet that you put up,with utter disregard of the feedback by numerous Kenyans who have paid for a service that you have not delivered some dating back to 2021,2022.
Zero feedback ,zero effort to offer any solution.

These are frustrated citizens that deserve better service delivery.
The numbers given as your hotlines go unattended to or are never on.
Please make a Kenyan understand why you collect the maximum fees for the maximum page passport yet you have a backlog of unissued passports dating 2021/22

In the case of people seeking to travel urgently why is your so called system unable to process passports in hours..please explain like you would do to a 2 year old.With diagrams if possible.

Every passport in urgent at the moment !please do you job.Lives are stake,people have lost education opportunities,some unable to even travel for medical attention.
