@OnYourLeftest@HobbyClubhouse Cost cutting measures. Back in the day, MG had this glorious photo insert on top of the runners. Nowadays we don't even get new MG kits.
The bee craft line art back then was also really good.
@ScottMendelson There is a large group of people who find movie theaters inconvenient. Adjacent costs -babysitters, parking, etc-, bad experience with rude patrons, lack of good screens, plus home systems are a decent replacement nowadays.
Thankfully for movie theaters, Z-Gen finds fun in them.
@MetalByakko@Exalted_Speed That sentiment is shared across the world. Probably the new movies failed that Castle Greyskull didn't feel like a mysterious and dangerous place.
@urbanarson@aakashgupta This is part of the problem of doing a movie by committee. The director did the right thing. But corporate took away the title and plugin in all the nonsense about HR speak that started as a joke but came back in the final fight, even if that broke the flow.
@Yodoswaginz@PlatinumEquinox Well. I saw Masters of the Universe Saturday night with only two other couples in the movie theater. So, in my case the prospect is not good.
@TonyMCaro@Variety I think that if Masters of the universe fails as Mando did, then Hollywood will need to rethink their nostalgic strategy. Probably the Michael biopic will give them the wrong idea though...
If Melander is Arquebus, Orbiter Rad and this one Arquebus's, can we hope for Dafeng's or maybe they'll bring something out of the left field like Rubicon institute machines?
@ArmoredNorman I had the same problem with Gurren Lagann. I missed the episode where they got the wings and I was wondering how the heck it could fly just like that.
