@bruceonthe @WaveConnects I'm about ready to look over my contract (if I can figure out how to find it) to see. I doubt an SLA promise since service can be down for a variety of reasons, but I imagine there should be something about "keeping customers informed" which they could be violating

@TwoWordZig @WaveConnects That, AND they always blame customer's equipment first in their automated tree instead of saying "oh, there is an issue with our service at your location. Let's try and narrow down the cause by doing X, Y, Z." They assume customer is at fault every time!

@WaveConnects @tft_wa Why can't you be transparent about the outage? The question is simple - what does the current eta look like? Tonight? Tomorrow? Two weeks from now? Why can't you answer a simple question and hide behind the "please DM us" curtain?
