@UPS i’d like to know what UPS is doing to fix the problem with all the loss packages in their Atlanta processing center. I would encourage anyone shipping UPS to make sure you circumvent that location.

@UPS I have tried for days to file a claim. Your system isn’t working. I get the same message each time. The local UPS store clerks are great but your system is broken. I need someone at the ATL processing center to find and deliver my package.

@UPS I used to be a fan but I’ve experienced nothing but frustration after mailing a package that was tracked to the ATL processing center then disappeared. I’ve made five unsuccessful attempts to get help or file a claim online. What can Brown do for me? FIND MY PACKAGE.

@Microsoft FYI CNA is an established abbreviation for Certified Nursing Assistant but word and excel always autocorrect to CAN. If I change it back it flips the letters again. Petty complaint, I know. Irritating as CAN be. I could stop autocorrect but surely this can be avoided.

@LegalZoom emailed you, tried to call yesterday on hold for 1.5 hrs only to be suddenly disconnected, on hold again this morning. What is the issue? This is ridiculous and certainly not the customer service I anticipated. Certainly cannot recommend your services at this point.
