@BDuchek Personally think first year or two should always always be hourly wage, and then in a year or two, look at the average and discuss if salary makes sense or not.

@BDuchek Salary is great for a worker who works like an owner, but can be open to abuse from both parties. A $50,000 salary but being expected to work 2800hrs per year isn’t reasonable. Neither is a $100,000 salary and only working 2000 hours per year tho.
