Braylon canโt talk yet but he always points to different squares on his mat making a sound like โwhatโs that?โ So Iโve always said what it is and made a sound.. today we pulled out the mat and I decided to ask him where certain animals and objects are.. HE KNEW!๐ญ #learningathome
@naimatapei Because the government is run by people more concerned about flow of their money than the safety of it's citizens. Because if biggest economies in the world have had to stall because of it, I don't understand how Kenya is in a capacity to handle normality as is.
@naimatapei It is. I just hope there can be more information to Kenyans as a whole because out here people don't even know what's going on, some assume it's a cold, flu, etc. Walk in town and you can count the number of people putting on masks and are not in groups.
@naimatapei It's scary as hell. On the ground, it's been normalized that CS will just come, shout some numbers, which has become a song now and assume shit is normal. Govt wants to open up international airspace to people like US who recently are having 42,000 cases per day.
@naimatapei It's a mental disorder characterised by detachment from reality. Symptoms include delusions, hallucinations, talking incoherently and agitation. The person with the condition usually isn't even aware.
@naimatapei I was having a conversation with a friend and he's legit scared that after sometime, it might just be inevitable that people around all of us will have had an encounter with it.
ABC reports, mental issues like psychosis on ppl recovering from mild to critical cases.
@naimatapei If you wanna get the real state of affairs on corona, watch world news. Kenyan media is sanitizing everything as they usually do. Countries are going back to lockdown because of return of the virus e.g Australia, Israel. Antibodies dying in 2-3 months. It's bad.
@naimatapei WHO says it hasn't even reached it's peak, what we are experiencing around the world right now is but the pandemic's budding stage. I don't know who advised our government but I'd think we can only take care of ourselves individually.
