CH3??? sumpah jahat bgt sama lingorm anjing bgsat badjingan...
First of all, let’s look at the facts.
(P1) Based on the chat logs and what the manager communicated, Ling has NEVER used a Thai passport to request a work permit whenever she goes to China for work.
She holds dual citizenship and carries both a Thai passport and a Hong Kong passport, she always uses her Home Return Permit whenever she travels to China for work.
This is because, under Chinese law, her Hong Kong permanent residency grants her Chinese citizen status within the Mainland.
Using the Home Return Permit allows her to work there legally without needing a foreign work permit.
This is the only correct way that strictly follows China’s official policy.
HOWEVER ❗️
(P2) This brand made a post on Weibo claiming that "the manager had promised other brands or projects that artist Ling would no longer use Thai passports (for unknown reasons)."
This is completely ridiculous.
The brand and the company they hired to handle this are straight-up using false translations and making up fake allegations against Ling to frame her.
They are intentionally keeping defamatory comments from Ling’s haters under their posts, while systematically deleting rational comments from fans who are simply questioning their points and asking for concrete evidence of this alleged "couple appearance" event application.
MOREOVER ‼️
(P3) When fans directly contacted the Dongyang Culture and Tourism Bureau, the official government authority explicitly stated that they have never received any information or applications regarding Thai artists coming to Dongyang for offline events recently.
This exposes their entire lie.
Did this brand, this agency, and this third-party company ever actually apply for the permit?
And why on earth did they want to use Thai passport to apply for a Work Permit when it wasn't even needed, knowing that doing so would actually put her in serious danger?

Flying from Xinjiang to Zhejiang takes approximately 5 hours and covers around 3,300 kilometres. This is the journey one fan is willing to make just to see LingOrm. 🛫
Tomorrow is already November 6, and the event is the day after. Yet we still have not received any clear response.
In China, employees with less than 10 years of working experience are generally entitled to only 5 days of annual leave (although policies may vary between companies). Many fans have taken time off work just to be there for LingOrm.
There are also many fans who cannot travel abroad or simply do not have the time to do so. For them, this may be their first opportunity to see LingOrm together in person after that long time supporting LingOrm.
Everyone was looking forward to this event with excitement. But now, fans are left asking: Should I still take time off work? What if I am supposed to leave tomorrow? What if I cannot get a refund for my tickets?
The top 450 fans attending this event alone contributed approximately 18 million baht in purchases.
I am not writing this post to blame anyone, nor do I want to keep waiting for a response that may or may not ever come.
I simply want to ask:
𝐃𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐬? 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞?

Stop provoking others and spreading false rumours. Leave Sofea alone. You don’t want to find out what else the brand hasn’t made public yet. If you truly love her, stay quiet and wait for the company’s update. Also, toxic stans, stop impersonating JKRs

Keep provoking if you want. I barely have words left. Because of these toxic people, I’m about to cancel my flight for the third time. All paperwork is in order, paired events are allowed. The problem is mass reports — once there are enough, action will be taken.
No, they don’t even know the exact venue address. The location has been changed three times already because of reports from those toxic stans. I’ve cancelled and rebooked my flight twice.
Most Chinese JKRs who joined the Sofea chart push have calmed ourselves down. Our love for LingOrm stays the same. We hope CH3 sorts this out quickly before it gets worse. Please protect the artists. We can wait for everything else.

I’m honestly too exhausted to even curse at this point. I’ll just sit back and wait for the final outcome and see the consequences to whoever mess this up. To the fans who sacrificed so much just to meet them, stay strong. Su su na ka 🥺💜
Wishing LingOrm good health, happiness and smooth days ahead. I also wish every JKR who sees this joy and all the best. May all those who mean harm get what they deserve. Artists and fans are not pawns in the games between companies.
They fought hard for a joint fanmeet in Nanning, even agreeing one could watch from the audience just to share the same day. They hugged each other during the event. They long to be together, but CH3 won’t even let them stay at the same hotel now.
CH3, resolve this quickly.
