Regarding the richness of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and what the West actually needs from the DRC, which is what is driving a genocide there.

1. With an estimated $23 trillion in undeveloped mineral deposits, the Democratic Republic of the Congo is the richest country in the world in terms of material resources. With appropriate use, Democratic Republic of the Congo has the potential to become the world's largest net exporter of natural resources and producer of finished commodities.

2. The Congo Nearly 60% of the cobalt produced worldwide comes from DR, making it the greatest producer in the world. Regretfully, it is exported to produce ceramics, batteries for electrical goods, and engines for automobiles and aircraft.

3. The Democratic Republic of the Congo produces 80% of the world's coltan, which is used to make high-end brands' phones, computers, and accessories at the expense of child labour.

4. A sizable uranium deposit exists in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. In truth, Congo DR's mineral resources were used to make the atomic bombs for World War 2, which accounted for 80% of US nuclear weapons.

5. DR Congo is the third-largest producer of diamonds in the world, after Botswana and Russia, and possesses the second-largest diamond reserves in the world.

6. The Democratic Republic of the Congo is one of the world's top producers of gold; most of the gold that is smuggled out of Africa and into Dubai passes through Tanzania, Rwanda, and Uganda. One of the most sought after types of gold is its handmade gold.

7. The Democratic Republic of the Congo is supposedly so rich that one may extract minerals with just their hands.

8. The Democratic Republic of the Congo is the 80th-largest oil producer, generating more than 4.1% of its reserves annually.

9. There are 10,000 animal species and 600 tree species in the Congo rainforest. Forest elephants, gorillas, chimpanzees, okapi, leopards, hippos, and lions are among its most well-known inhabitants.

10. The Democratic Republic of the Congo is one of the top exporters of wood, and the Congo basin contains the world's greatest mineral reserve, which includes wood, oil, diamonds, gold, and coltan.

11. The Democratic Republic of the Congo is a net exporter of entertainment; music was primarily exported in the 1990s.

The Congolese are taking their destiny into their own hands, they are demonstrating in numbers. And yet not a single journalist to talk about Kivu, about the criminal regime of Kagame which kills and pillages in eastern Congo, financing and piloting the M23.

Everything is attested by NGOs and UN institutions but the silence remains deadly. The suitcase carriers of Kagame are powerful.

As for this EU which sullies the honor of our nation, it allows itself to negotiate an agreement on critical materials with Rwanda which does not even produce them but obtains them through terror in the DR Congo 🇨🇩 .
