@MediaMK I have seen the houses. Let’s just say that I would rather build than buy in Kenya. Developers are taking Kenyans on a ride with the kind of offering on show.
@HonAdenDuale@MOH_Kenya@WilliamsRuto come look at this and tell us why you would allow infected US citizens into Kenya? Why can’t they build a quarantine space in DRC?
"The number one priority of our foreign policy is to protect the American people. We can not and will not allow any cases of Ebola to enter the United States" ~ Marco Rubio, US Secretary of State
@SkySportsPL@SkySportsNews The same guys who didn't apologize when Amad was fouled and we conceded from the transition. And the same entity that didn't apologize when our keeper was fouled at utd first game vs Arsenal.
The wrong call on Martinez’s red card for hair pulling yet the same player did the same

@georgediano@georgediano this is not true. This is Sam, a barber who lives in Mombasa. He was diagnosed with GIST cancer in January 2025 https://t.co/if9dIUrFPi

@Briankariu The VW Arteon was a work of art in the coupe segment. And the seven-speed dual-clutch DSG automatic transmission/ tiptronic automatic gearbox is worldclass!
I have a more nuanced perspective on this. Nepal is a warning. In this age, and especially with a younger digitally native generation, when a state bans speech, dismisses corruption claims, and answers dissent with force, it invites a spiral it cannot control. The result in Kathmandu was predictable: a youth-led movement that began with anger over censorship turned into fire in the streets, ministries in flames, and a government in retreat. People do not set fire to parliament only because of censorship. They do it because they believe the system is closed, corrupt, and deaf. Desperate people do desperate things.
Nevertheless, you are quite right. Destruction does not deliver reform. It delivers chaos, repression, and despair. Protest is a right. Burning the republic is not. But therein lies a lesson for leaders: enforce the law, protect speech, clean up corruption with proof, and prosecute graft regardless of rank. Build civic tracks that convert grievance into service. Teach literacy across finance, civics, and the digital sphere so that citizens are harder to manipulate and better able to build ownership. Above all, give the young a future that does not require a match.
