I’m passionate that culture matters more than tick boxes. I see so many stories like this. I honestly don’t think you can do this by tick boxes- it’s why regulators should focus on outcomes. Indeed, tickboxes can literally create the opposite of good outcomes & cultures.

@rantingkat Prevelance is almost entirely down to BIK tax rates. They count as light commercial vehicles, so don’t attract company car levels of benefit in kind taxation. V popular with small business owners.
