Tehsil council of PLGA 2022 is mere extention of district council having no autonomy. There should only be a district council or tensil council in rural setup. It's better if tehsil

@AhmadIqbalCh @HamzaSS @akleghari Apparently plga 2022 is good but let's see if this would be implemented in true spirit bcz bureaucracy don't let LGs independent and centre government too don't want local people to rule, and run LGs through beaurcracy by appointing commissioner, DCs as administrator.

@akleghari Sir please minimise the role of district bureaucracy in local government institutions, there should be no provision in this act for appointment of DCs/ACs as administrator of LGs bcz they don't take decisions for the better of citizens rather to enjoy perks of mayors.
