@Sparkpoodle1 Simply put - raw milk is much much much easier to digest. If you know someone who's lactose intolerant there's a good change they can consume raw milk with no issues.
@Sparkpoodle1 It denatures lactase (beta-galactosidase). This enzyme is responsible for the hydrolysis of lactose into its simpler sugar components: glucose and galactose. Without lactase, the human gut must rely entirely on its own endogenous lactase production to break down the milk sugar.
