1/ Why @JetBlue is asking Cubans residents of Cuba, not Cuban Americans, with expired passports to wait aside until they check with some official in the island if they are allowed to travel? This happened to us on Dec. 4. @minrexcuba @CubaMINREX @SoberonGuzman @BrunoRguezP

4/ Where is this policy or requirement stated? Why is @JetBlue not doing this before one arrives at the airport? Why is this not explained to the passengers beforehand, the same way the COVID-19 protocols are stated everywhere? @CubaMINREX @NacionyEmig @SoberonGuzman @BrunoRguezP
