It’s extremely obvious we’re going to see tens of thousands of detransitioning autistics in the next 10 years - overwhelmingly natal females.

This particular cohort aren’t men. They just have trouble fitting in socially as women. The testosterone they take has extreme health consequences, like making many of them incontinent in their 20s.

When that happens, conservatives will use this to dismantle our access to care.

Medical standards protect actual transsexuals. The progressives that insisted we dismantle them are the ones creating the weapon that will be used to end us.
