@SkyNews @BBCNews @TUIUK @MoneySavingExp @WhichUK Now they’ve found us a room in another hotel, only found out because we asked (@TUIUK) didn’t tell us like they were supposed to.

We packed, had to find our own taxi, then the new hotel told us the room had already been taken!

Hey @TUIUK , checked in to hotel today that’s had no working showers or toilets for four days. We had to be told by other guests, staff haven’t been mentioned at all. Now heard the hotel is being closed but that’s all.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam . Why am I getting letters from a debt company for a bill that you didn’t even tell me about first?

To make it worse, your employee had confirmed my account was closed and settled, and even issued a credit as I’d paid too much.
