@rushanaraali TUPE'd & New Job Starters similarities: BOTH changed employers/payrolls after 28th Feb. Difference: Rishi sorted a loophole so that TUPE'd employees cld be eligible for CJRS. He did absolutely nothing for New Job Starters. Why?

The CJRS rules were changed to include TUPE employees, which helped @RishiSunak's father-in-law, as his company Infosys acquired Simplus mid-March and the employees were then eligible. New starters are no different. What if we were family too? #SunakFamilyFirst #NewStarterJustice
