@veezugroup certainly aren’t the fifth emergency service or indeed any kind of helpful service. We broke down this evening, I needed a taxi home whilst my husband waited for the AA, but your operator couldn’t be arsed, so up yours, luckily Uber saved the day!
@RoyalMailHelp wondering why my parcel has been sat ‘in transit’ at your Tyneside Mail Centre since 27th December and I can’t find a phone number to speak to a human being. I’ve been patient because of the Christmas period but This is a a joke now.

@nxwestmidlands Good morning, Just wondering why the X12 and X13 are such unbelievably rubbish services? Especially for the Bromford residents who have to rely on the shoddy service! Yet another morning where the timetable and your drivers differ in schedule.
@virginmedia Can’t use 150 as not set up yet, the other one is the automated number that I couldn’t get past because it said I need to pay my bill which isn’t due to be paid until February and I’ve actually not used any of the services yet because I’m not set up..!
@virginmedia hey don’t you employ humans in customer service anymore? New customer here, being cut off with every phone call I make to you. I’ll be cancelling my contract as not able to set up the equipment and can’t book an engineers visit. What’s going on?!
@virginmedia My mobile number is only registered for this current account, I was able to call the helpline last week and was able to find numbers easily but today it’s as if the customer service was in melt down and it wasn’t possible to locate a phone number.
@virginmedia I’m actually thinking not to bother and cancel. Not a great start when I can’t even speak to a person other than sales, funny how they are still taking on new contracts but no one’s available on the helpline, no WhatsApp, no chat no phone helplines…!
@virginmedia Nope that’s not worked either! Can’t get passed the automated voice. I do not owe money, tells me to pay…I’ve not even set up the service yet which is what I need help with as the cabling that was already installed isn’t compatible with the new kit!
@virginmedia I’ve not been able to contact a human at all! In fact it’s been impossible to even find contact numbers today, obviously without the setup I can’t use 150 and the AI keeps saying I need to pay my bill (which I don’t) and disconnects my call. Frustrating!
