Hinman went on CNBC and stated that “when “we” (the SEC) look at #Ether we don’t see a third party promoter”. That third party promoter bragged at how many meetings he had with Hinman and the SEC staff and how “familiar” he was with them. A blind man could see through this bs.
If I’m in Congress at this point I’m asking if @GaryGensler is worth all this social media outrage because it will spill over into elections. American innovation can’t be left behind because of one intentionally irrational person on a power trip.
Watching the crypto community lean in & learn how carbon offsets work in real time in @KlimaDAO's carbon markets Discord channel is something I could do all day. This is pure 🍿 & so wonderful to see these 2 worlds jammed together. This is what collaborative innovation looks like
"Crypto investors now realize that the SEC is making it up as it goes. It invents rules and uses enforcement—or the threat of it—to cement its arbitrary policy."
The SEC is broken, but CONGRESS is the fix.
Remember that.
