@WestHarlm @NYCMayor @CMSandyNurse Two things: 1st Copa just allows community organizations and tenants to put in a bid and try to meet a counter offer. 2nd, New York was whiter in the 1950s because in the 1920s the US restricted immigration from non-European countries. This comparison hasn’t worked in 60 years.
