They have no clue what violates carrier guidelines, it’s a bs reply and a known issue. They need to try honesty.

@OpenPhone Openphone does not care about their customers. We don’t sell CBD, vape or cannabis products. We don’t use terms related to those and we have nothing to do with those. But this rep responded with this blanket reply that makes zero sense because that’s not even relevant.
