#OSSTF enters into voluntary interest arbitration. Agreements are made before arbitration deadline. Both parties decline to bring forth items to arbitrator. Process ends.

The OSSTF/Lecce deal is an insult to all those educators who fought for collective bargaining rights and the right to strike in the 1970's. OSSTF is in fact free-riding on other teacher unions to get better wages and benefits. Disgraceful.
