*RANT* Just experienced the worst UX in a long time @AdobeCare - misleading guides, endless loops, no tools to self serve, and hours wasted on hold and being hung-up on. It made me glad to moving over to @figmadesign and will avoid @Adobe like the plague for future platforms.

@NeilCocker@djcardiff Yeah, I think its a consequence of an innovation cycle where wealthy people are used to solving "small wealthy problems", while less affluent can't leverage the capital. While the BIG problems are now at a humanity scale and require much more unilateral solutions.
@HMRCcustomers having issues logging into VAT on your site. 2F Access code is not arriving via SMS, have waited 15 mins. Tried to use the app to authenticate, but this requires I login with an access code... do you have workaround that doesn't involve calling?
