Greetings my Friends in Rhythm! Starting January 15th, Warrior Beat will be hosting a virtual drum jam every Wednesday from 9-10 pm EST. This group is open to all military Veterans and their immediate family members. See the flyer below for program and sign up information. NO DRUM REQUIRED! I will include body percussion instruction if you don’t own a drum. Each session will also include a mindfulness activity to help the mind and body unwind before evening routine.
