If you wanted to see me as your enemy, no problem. It's not about forcing others to choose. I might be Markaziyah, I might be Adabiyah, or even Zumra. The point is, everyone has the right to choose their own path. You seek happiness, and I won't choose sadness for myself.
Listen carefully: even if they tie me up and beat me till I can't breathe, in my next life, MUDIR MARKAZ will still be my choice. He's a man who stands on truth, doesn't care about enemies' opinions, doesn't take bribes, and doesn't live a fake life. He lives normally without seeking favors from anyone.
So, who am I not to choose a good path? Long live Sheikh Muhammad Habib Adam Al-Ilory."

My Dear Son, Seyi,
As you turn forty, I thank Almighty God for your life and the man you have become. You have walked your path with focus, courage, and humility, and you have done so with a heart that seeks to build, serve, and uplift others.
From an early age, you have shown determination and a desire to create and lead. I have watched you turn ideas into institutions and challenges into opportunities. In business through Loatsad and your various endeavors, and in service, you have shown that true success is not only measured by wealth or power but by the impact we make and the lives we touch.
Forty is a special age. It bridges youthful drive and the more profound wisdom that life brings. You have carried your name with honour and have remained faithful to the values of discipline, integrity, and hard work.
Through your work with the Noella Foundation, you have brought hope to families across Nigeria, created opportunities for many young people, and extended compassion to those in need. Your commitment to philanthropy, especially in education, social development, youth empowerment, and maternal and child welfare, reflects the values I hold dear.
Our entire family is proud of you. We are proud of the family you are building with Layal, your devotion as a husband and father, and your commitment to making a difference in your generation.
As you celebrate this milestone, remember that your strength lies in what you achieve and how you inspire others to believe. May God bless you with wisdom, good health, and peace.
Happy 40th Birthday, my son. You have made us proud, and I know you will continue to make Nigeria proud.
Your Dad,
Bola Ahmed Tinubu,
President and Commander-in-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria

For those asking, I will be writing briefly on the folkloric uses and the experimental/pharmacological benefits of Kalanchoe pinnata, known as miracle leaf. We call it àbámọdá in Yorùbá.
Note: These are not medical advices. Consult your doctor if you're unwell.
FOLKLORIC:
1. The Yorùbá people believe that eating a leaf of this plant with alligator pepper early in the morning opens blessings and doors for one throughout that day.
2. The leaf is applied topically for cuts, wounds, burns, skin diseases, acne, and cutaneous lesions to promote healing and reduce inflammation. It actually works. I've confirmed that of wounds and burns.
3. It is used to ease gastric and stomach issues like gastric ulcers, diarrhea, blood dysentery, abdominal discomfort, etc.
4. In local delivery centers (Abíwẹ́rẹ́) the leaves are used to facilitate childbirth by aiding placental expulsion.
5. It is used for colds, coughs, asthma, bronchial disorders, pulmonary infections, pneumonia, otitis, and earaches. Just boil the leaves and drink. To make it faster, place one or two leaves on a spoon, put it close to fire until the leaves are soft. It makes it very easy to squeeze out the juice in the leaf. I've done this before and it works. Just swallow the juice.
....and many others.
PHARMACOLOGICAL STUDIES
1. Anticancer and Antitumor Effects: Acts as a potential adjuvant, sensitizing tumor cells to chemotherapy, reducing resistance, and promoting apoptosis/cell cycle arrest. It inhibits proliferation, migration, and angiogenesis in breast, lung, ovarian, and prostate cancers via pathway suppression. In vivo, extracts reduced tumor growth in mice and hepatic damage in rat models. Epigenetic mechanisms include demethylation of suppressor genes

3. Antimicrobial, Antibacterial, Antifungal, and Antiviral Effects: Inhibits gram-positive/negative bacteria, fungi, viruses (e.g., hepatitis C, herpes, Epstein-Barr), and parasites. Extracts reduced pathogen counts in animal models and showed leishmanicidal activity (76% parasite suppression in mice).

FINAL NOTE: While all these are promising, higher doses may cause toxicity. One or two leaves are enough for 24 hours. Further clinical trials are needed to confirm efficacy and safety.
