Now on the app it says awaiting return for the item in question, as the refund has been processed for the other items. How do I generate a new QR code to return the outstanding item?

@RebeccaLeek_ @PaulDun97983764 @UKRunChat Obviously I don't have any open fields around me, and I appreciate that it is different depending on where you live. Dogs off lead are fine, but if you know they will be exposed to triggers, don't chance it.

He has got better over the years but I still keep him on lead unless at an enclosed dog park or in my own garden. Sorry you are having to experience selfish behaviour from some dog owners
