テスト容易性を確保する設計のように、翻訳容易性を確保するコンテンツ管理のあり方もアクセシビリティとして重要視されるべきって話。リッチで複雑なテキストがハードコードされているサイト・アプリを作りたくなるとこを、MDXみたいにテキストとデザインをなるべく分離して翻訳しやすく保ちたい

I18n should be part of our DoR for any global-facing service. The implementation method is flexible; ideally, we should maintain a single codebase, but a community-based approach is also acceptable. That said, the prerequisite is that no text should be hardcoded to ensure translatability. Much like testability, 'translation-readiness' must be treated as a critical, module-oriented requirement.
