@MarleyB84096017 We will get the lift fixed as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience in the meantime. Most lifts are manufactured in Europe so it may be that is where the parts are sourced, which means there is a small delay in receiving them.

@MarleyB84096017 The lift does have 24/7 cover - this is why the lift engineer has stated it needs parts. The lift co cannot stock anything other than generic parts as more expensive parts are specific to each lift manufacturer so they have to order them directly
