Told by @fitbit there's a global issue with accuracy and data recording with no end date for sorting the issue. I've been fobbed off for weeks without a solution. Was told yesterday to adjust my stride length to half of what it was and now look at my steps! #charge5 #steps #joke

When your daughter sustains THIS injury in @asda and you're told there is no 1st aider, no duty manager and no accident report form to fill in and they don't show any interest in mopping up her blood from the floor... a trip to A&E and some glue and steri strips later she's OK🙁

@FitbitSupport I've tried everything suggested on your website and spoken on the chat with someone who couldn't help either. I thought it be easy enough to set up the fitbit account and away we go but no. The email address and password aren't being accepted despite being correct.

@FitbitSupport is there an easier way to set up a Versa 4? Bought it today, 7 hours later and no amount of new emails or passwords is helping set up. The system is completely convoluted, unnecessarily long winded and restrictive. The help chat wasn't helpful!
