Trying to change the phone element of my mums VM package as she wants the more calls. @virginmedia Your virtual assistant is without doubt the worst thing I have ever had the displeasure to encounter. I have signed up for the new contract but still can't get it as needed

How bad is your system @AmazonHelp I have tried to place an order on your try before you buy setup, it will not authorize my payment method despite the card being used for years on Amazon successfully. Order cancelled I will go elsewhere.

Hey @AmazonHelp @AmazonUK just tried to return a parcel at a Shell garage and was refused because apparently you haven't picked up from them in 5 weeks. Amazon service is really falling apart.

@RealeLiverpool I totally agree with this , pubs should be open during advertised hours for customers who want to visit regardless of when. Closing early signifies a lack of interest in customers who may have valid reasons for visiting later in the day.

@LidlGB has some amazing wines on offer, the Chilean Malbec Reserva Privada 2021 is not one of them. This is the first time in my life I have poured an entire bottle of wine , excluding the 2 tasters I had, down the sink. Tart , sour , astringent this was truly an awful wine.

So @AmazonHelp Can you enlighten me as to the reason I pay my Prime subscription , Prime Video is a joke , Prime Music is now a disaster area and Prime deliveries can be anytime they feel like. Not sure what benefits are worth it anymore.

@eustontap @TimothyTaylors @AldgateTap As a person of northern origins I have always found the ale served in London flat and insipid with a couple of exceptions where they know to treat beer well. The Bree Louise was an amazing pub before the vandals destroyed it. Never been to the Euston Tap but heard good things.

@AmazonHelp The message that tells me to refuse the package when I receive it . Interesting how to I refuse a package that is actually a service with someone supposedly coming to fit a Hive Thermostat especially when that service is "Pending Assignment" i.e not assigned to anyone.

@AmazonHelp Hi I did and they just told me to email my complaint and then gave me an email address that doesn't work
