.@MatesInMind exist to help work sectors with high rates of mental ill-health establish cultures of positive wellbeing. By 2025 @MatesInMind aim to reach 75% of the construction industry, a sector with one of the highest suicide rates.

During Covid-19 lockdowns @theCALMzone's helpline saw a 36% increase in demand. Last week’s #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek saw @theCALMzone push for #ACTION to ensure people prioritise their mental health. This is a charity pushing boundaries to ensure that no-one is left behind.
