@DavidHaugh I want the Sox to spend money smartly on quality talent, not dumpster diving for other teams trash.
Spending money on trash players is why they've only made 3 payoff appearances since 2005.
I thought Kenny and Rick were gone. I guess not.
@Noahp245 So we traded a solid catching prospect (when our current group of catchers can't hit water if they fell out of a boat) and Dominguez (who has been up and down) for a garbage starter with a 6 ERA.
I see Getz is back in 2024 form.
@716tax He was an ideal teammate and model citizen when he joined the Bears last season. Plenty of Bears fans hoped he'd stay.
I hope he balls out this year.
@MaxMarkhamNFL Walker because Thomas is getting enough attention that I don't think he's under the radar.
Walker is getting overlooked since he's a UDFA.
@ilannfl18 I think the T/O numbers will be down a bit but if the back 7 is healthier than it was last year, the defense will overall be better than last year.
@vicious696 This is only happening because Asha Sharma gave Todd Howard a kick. Todd back burnered Elder Scrolls and Fallout to make Starfield his only priority.
I agree with you that this should have happened 2-3 years ago so a title was ready to drop when the tv show did.
@thescorechicago Going all in this year is such a Kenny Williams move. I want a team that can be a fixture in the playoffs for a long time, not a 1 year boom and bust team.
2005 was great but no one remembers that they only made the playoffs once in the next 15 years.
@DocStrangelove2 Interesting how the M-16 was an early one with no bolt assist.
Stoner hated that change and probably would have trash canned the gun if he saw it.
@TheBearsTalk Ben Johnson likes a 2 back approach (see Detroit) so if Swift moves on, he'll want a similar back as a complement to Monangai.
If Swift will take a team friendly deal, then they probably extend him for 2 or 3 years. If he asks for a top of the market deal, they go draft one.
