रिजर्वेशन टिकट बुक करते वक्त आप लोग RAC क्यों provide करते हो जब आपको journey date ko इसको confirm ही नहीं करना होता ।

I was booked a ticket before 2 months later and my ticket has been booked RAC and still RAC now
