“The problem today is that coaches are thinking for the players.” (Johan Cruyff) Consider posing the challenge and letting your athletes wrestle with solutions individually and collectively. #TOVO

This is gold from @frankdickcoach for anybody involved in coaching on the value of keeping winning in perspective for kids.

[Todd Beane @_ToddBeane]

•COACH NOTE• Consider resisting the temptation to create entirely new sessions each outing. Kids do not learn through novelty as much as the learn by wrestling with principles of play continually. #TOVO

5. Value effort

6. Encourage creativity

7. Play is integral

8. Children are not mini adults

Big congratulations to former WSEU player Daniel Nikkel on his commitment to play at Tabor College! Danny is another player that we have watched grow here at the club since he was a u9 player. He is a great example of what perseverance and dedication can accomplish. @tcmensoccer1
