She started as just Robyn from Barbados 🇧🇧
Her dad battled addiction and was violent toward her mom
Their home leaked whenever it rained, and she slept on the floor
At 11, she sold clothes on the street to support her mother
She suffered migraines so severe she feared it was a brain tumor
At 16, she flew to the US with only three songs and a dream
Jay-Z heard “Pon de Replay,” signed her on the spot, and warned, “If you walk out that door, the deal is gone”
She grinded nonstop: 8 albums in 8 years, all while covering bruises from the 2009 assault
She cried in studios, cried in cars, but she kept pushing
And then everything changed.
Fenty Beauty → $600M in its first year
Savage X Fenty → valued over $1B
By 33, she became a billionaire — the richest female musician alive
From a troubled childhood in Barbados to becoming a global mogul.
Her message remains clear:
“Your past doesn’t define your future —you do.”
If she could rise from that kind of pain, so can you.
Keep moving. Your greatness is on the way.
Anastasia (1997) remains a rare kind of animated magic. Don Bluth left Disney years before making it, yet the film rivaled their Renaissance era so strongly that many still mistake it for one.
Five years on, we can only remember to resist. It shouldn’t have been at the expense of your lives. Many deniers of your deaths are still in power. We failed you and Nigeria failed us all.

Ppl want Beyoncé to stick to her R&B roots for 30 years and like honestly, truly, no. Just cause your ass stay stagnant don't mean she does! Her artistry is too great for one lane , thank GOD she knows that even if some "fans" dont!
