@Vitality_UK my husband keeps getting “oops it’s not you it’s us” coming up when he tries to log in. It was ok and now not working. He has sent a email days agai but still no response. He’s missed weeks or rewards!

@PapasJohns I am still waiting for a refund for pizzas. order via the website only to be told by brentwood Essex branch that the order wasn’t received even tho I have a email and money taken from my PayPal account. How do I get my refund?

@wizzair what a joke! Constant flight changes lost over 1.5 days of our holiday. No drinks on outbound as cabin crew to slow to serve and on return even tho we have hand luggage only and check in online have to queue at checkin desk with the risk of missing our flight. No staff!

@easyJetholidays I’ve done that I think it’s because my cards have 2 step authorisation. I’ve tried again with a different card and it’s saying you’ve been unable to book my holiday and for me to call

@MerlinapUK I’m a gold pass holder and I never receive my booking emails. Know I’m being asked for a code to access my pre booked tickets which I’m not receiving. I’ve checked my spam folders and nothing. Can I change my email address?
