. @ngschuNLU @NoLayingUp Final calculation on the Beluga’s Big Board. Neil was off, on average 32.1 positions. Data Golf’s world rankings would have been off by 29.8. Random guess would’ve been off by 46.16. All in all a pretty good week for the Big Board.

Best picks of the week were Straka, Hojgaard and Brendon Todd. All were off by 1 position. Worst pick was Lucas Glover, off by 72 spots

.@ngschuNLU @NoLayingUp Day 2 update on the Beluga’s big board. Neil’s picks are, on average, off by 32.72 positions (32.56 yesterday). The @DataGolf global rankings improved to 29.71 positions (31.28 yesterday). Lots of golf left though

Neil’s best pick is Brendon Todd (79 and is 79th). Worst Ludvig (13 but a WD at 80th), followed by Lucas Glover (75 but is 9th). Data Golf has two picks currently perfect (Homa and Lowry), but has two picks that are further off than Neil’s (Rose and Ludvid)

@realfatapollo Yeah, I don’t love the idea of a building going right up at the property line. But the fact that he could do the same with his property means his house will likely go up in value due to the land opportunity. Just can’t see something like that pushing it down

@Graff2023 @MoreHomesHRM Housing sales count as GDP (the increased value of a property). The total dollar value of what we are spending on housing has increased without us actually getting more houses, just paying more for current housing because we can't meet demand
