Since last night, first responders and all necessary services have been working wherever needed. As of now, at least 83 people have been confirmed injured since midnight. Tragically, there are fatalities. My condolences to the families and loved ones.

It was a heavy attack – 90 missiles of various types, many of them ballistic missiles – 36 in total. There were 600 drones. Unfortunately, not all of the ballistic missiles were intercepted – the largest number of hits was in Kyiv. Kyiv was the primary target of this Russian attack.

Putin can’t even pronounce the word “hurrah” clearly anymore – slurs and mumbles – yet he is still vanquishing residential buildings with his missiles. Launched three Russian missiles against a water supply facility. Burned down a market. Damaged dozens of residential buildings. Hit several ordinary schools. Launched his “Oreshnik” against Bila Tserkva. They really are unhinged.

It is important that this does not pass without consequences for Russia. Today, everyone in the world who will not stay silent and chooses to help Ukraine is a defender of life. It is critically important to continue working to secure air defense for Ukraine, especially anti-ballistic capabilities.

We are doing our best to achieve peace and protect people – everything. It is important that Ukraine is not alone. Decisions are needed – from the United States, from Europe and others – to make that old “Oreshnik” in Moscow finally utter the word “peace.”

I’m grateful to our warriors for their precision – today, Ukraine’s long-range sanctions have once again reached Perm, which is more than 1,500 kilometers from our border. Recently, there have also been important results in Chelyabinsk – up to 1,800 kilometers away, as well as in Yekaterinburg – nearly 2,000 kilometers away. The effects of Ukraine’s long-range capabilities have also been felt in Novorossiysk, Krymsk, Tuapse, and in the Samara and Nizhny Novgorod regions.

We have repeatedly offered the Russian leadership the option of moving toward peace. In response, we have received only new Russian strikes. That is exactly why Ukraine’s long-range sanctions are extending to distant locations in Russia linked to its military-industrial complex, war infrastructure, and the financing of its aggression.

Every day, Russia can make a choice and end its war. And not for a few hours in order to receive our permission to hold a parade in Moscow, but in a way that protects human lives. People must be valued, not parades. There is a need to establish peace, rather than running around the world’s capitals begging for a pause on May 9. We need peace. Thank you to everyone helping bring Russia to this realization.

Thanks to the Ukrainian esports community and @MFA_Ukraine efforts, TikTok accounts streaming and promoting the Alabuga cybersport tournament have been blocked, following similar decisions by Twitch.

Alabuga recruits youth, including minors, into producing Shahed attack drones — directly enabling the killing of Ukrainian civilians in Russia's genocidal war of aggression.

Grateful to @Twitch and TikTok for their principled decisions. A clear signal: sanctions must be enforced, and digital platforms cannot serve as cover for Russia's military propaganda or the recruitment of teenagers into producing weapons of terror.

We welcome the start of a constructive dialogue with @YouTube on the same issue and trust it will lead to consistent results.

Gaming and digital ecosystems cannot shield the militarization of education or complicity in Russia's aggressive wars.

In any normal country, purchasing stolen goods is an act that entails legal liability. This applies, in particular, to grain stolen by Russia. Another vessel carrying such grain has arrived at a port in Israel and is preparing to unload. This is not – and cannot be – legitimate business. The Israeli authorities cannot be unaware of which ships are arriving at the country’s ports and what cargo they are carrying.

Russia is systematically seizing grain on temporarily occupied Ukrainian land and organizing its export through individuals linked to the occupiers. Such schemes violate the laws of the State of Israel itself. Ukraine has taken all necessary steps through diplomatic channels to prevent such incidents. However, we see that yet another such vessel has not been stopped. I have instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to inform all partners of our state about the situation.

Based on information from our intelligence services, Ukraine is preparing a relevant sanctions package that will cover both those directly transporting this grain and the individuals and legal entities attempting to profit from this criminal scheme. We will also coordinate with European partners to ensure that the relevant individuals are included in European sanctions regimes.

Ukraine counts on partnership and mutual respect with every state. We are genuinely working to enhance security, particularly in the Middle East region. We expect that the Israeli authorities will respect Ukraine and refrain from actions that undermine our bilateral relations.

І продовжуємо втрачати цю частку щодня.

Знайомий виробник мультироторних дронів та комплектуючих каже, що його існуючі потужності зараз загружені на 30-40%, це з урахуванням того що викуповується державою через АОЗ, фондами, волонтерами та військовими частинами напряму.

Інші 70% він міг би імпортувати в дружні нам країни, причому зацікавленість у них є. І заводити в країну валютну виручку, платити податки, масштабувати виробництво, залучати фахівців, навіть з закордону.

Але йому НЕ ДАЄ ЦЬОГО ЗРОБИТИ купка чиновників в якійсь комісії при ДСЕК, бо на прямий експорт немає політичної волі.
Більш того навіть вивезти якесь рішення на закордонну виставку - теж проблема з купою погоджень, папірців та комісій.

Якщо ви думаєте, що це поодинокий випадок - ні.
