🚨 Migrant" isn't a legal term. It's a PR term. The statute says "alien." It says "illegal entry." 8 U.S.C. §1325 — still law, still ignored.

They didn't pick the vaguest word by accident. They picked it to erase the line between the people who waited and the people who didn't.

Congress wrote "alien." Congress wrote "illegal entry."
Someone else wrote "migrant."

Guess which one was chosen to blur the line between the people who waited legally and the people who crossed without inspection?

The 5th Circuit ruled that restrictions on handgun sales across state lines (or to out of state residents, said differently) violates the 2nd Amendment.

Why? Because it literally says "shall not be infringed." It's right there in the Amendment but for some reason this took ~60 years to fix.

Regardless, I'll take the win 🇺🇸
