Today 🇮🇪 hosted an event on protecting children from the impacts of explosive weapons in populated areas (EWIPA).
With partners, we:
🔹recognised that nothing kills or injures more children in conflict than explosive weapons
🔹pressed for a collective response by supporters of the Children in Armed Conflict agenda and the EWIPA Political Declaration
🔹called for further endorsements of the Declaration and effective implementation of it and IHL
