Been working on something called Areaform.
It generates area-based data viz that's nearly impossible to make by hand.
Latest experiment adds a diffusion layer. Less dashboard, more atmosphere. You stop reading it like a chart and start reading it more like weather.

I needed a tool to help me layout moodboards, so I built a Figma plugin to do it for me. It’s surprisingly good at it.
Currently has 4 refined layouts: Grid, Editorial, Masonry, and Cluster. Handles up to 40 images and respects aspect ratios.

Our concept was to pull simple shapes together to create an iconic mark that could animate really well.
We got to talk to @jstrelioff & @daniellelaroy (@Goodside_Studio) who gave us a master class in battling impostor syndrome (and the importance of a vision board)! 🥳

Lululemon Studio (f. Mirror) came to @wearedatalands to rethink and redesign their user scoring system.
We came up with a full visual design system that successfully encompasses not only the total score, but also each individual facet.

Hey @a16z, your 2023 State of Crypto report could use some data visualization help.
Notably, when using circles, you're comparing the circle diameters, not the circle areas. Which makes for inaccurate comparisons.
