@virginmedia I’ve cancelled it. But you guys really need to sort out your installation process. It’s been an absolute joke date moved five times in the end. It would’ve been nearly 3 months between order and insulation and that’s if it ever actually been installed.

@virginmedia I’m having a shocking experience as a new customer. Ordered 24th Jan, install date 20th Feb then pushed to end of May!
Called support many times and got a text to say install could be bought forward 23rd March, got a new txt this morning saying it could not. WTF

@virginmedia Yes but it’s months away which seems crazy. I could literally lift the manhole and push the cable the 20 feet up the pavement myself! I understand a bit of a delay but 4 months from ordering

@virginmedia Hi. They first team came to pull the fiber and found that the hole in the pavement by our house already had two cables in. A team came a few days later and fitted a wider hole. Then everything kept getting pushed back, even though there’s fibre coming to our boundary.
